We are an active partner for our Platform Investments. As a controlling or anchor shareholder we exert significant influence over the capital structure and the dividend policy of our Platform Investments, and we embed the JAB ownership and management culture in each of our Platform Investments. Together, we continuously re-assess the strategy of our businesses, and review opportunities to enhance operational and financial performance. We strongly believe continued challenge and refinement of strategy is necessary for sustained long-term value creation.
